Our website is hosted by IONOS. When you visit our site, the web server automatically logs technical connection data (e.g., IP address, browser type, operating system, date, and time of the request).

• Purpose & Legal Basis: Ensuring technical stability and security defense against cyber attacks pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest).
• Retention: Log data is automatically deleted or anonymized after a maximum of 14 days.

3. Web Analytics (Umami)

We use the privacy-focused analytics tool Umami for anonymous statistical reach measurement.

• No Cookies: Umami does not store or read cookies or any data on your terminal device (§ 25 TDDDG).
• No Tracking & No PII: No personally identifiable information (PII) is collected. IP addresses are hashed using a daily rotating salt. Identifying individual users across days or across different websites is technically impossible.
• Legal Basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in anonymous analytics).

4. Contact by Email

If you email us, your details and message are processed solely to answer your inquiry (Art. 6 (1) (b) or (f) GDPR) and are deleted once the matter is conclusively resolved.

5. Your Rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, and restriction of processing, as well as the right to object (Art. 21 GDPR) to data processing based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (Der Hamburgische Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit).
